Please notify our spa reservation team six hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of the service. If, within six hours of your appointment, you need to reschedule, there will be an additional $35 fee. Cancellations of packages require 24-hour notice.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to use the steam room, sauna and locker rooms, and to receive body treatments and massages. Guests 15 years of age and younger may receive manicures, pedicures, makeovers, and hair styling and cutting services. Guests 16-17 years of age may receive facials and select waxing services with a parent in the treatment room.

Yes. A 20 percent service charge is added to all spa services, and discounts do not apply to the service charge.
